Our Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms
We and our third-party service providers use cookies and other tracking mechanisms to track information about your use of our Site. The information generated by the cookies may include your IP address, your browser type, the date and time of your visit, the pages you visit and the amount of time spent on each, your device’s operating system, your mobile device identifier, your geographical area, referring URLs, and other information on your interaction with our site. We may combine this information with other personal information we collect from you (and our third-party service providers may do so on our behalf).
Some of the tools we use on our website include session replay technology that helps us understand how visitors interact with our digital services, diagnose technical issues, and improve the user experience. Session replay tools can create a visual reconstruction of a user’s browsing session, such as pages visited, clicks, scrolls, and non-sensitive form interactions, so we can assess site performance, usability, and accessibility. We may also use conversation intelligence tools to facilitate and analyze certain telephone interactions with our business. When you call a phone number that we publish for marketing, sales, or support purposes, our service providers may route the call to our team, record the call audio, and generate a transcript to help us understand call outcomes, improve service quality, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

Disabling Cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you prefer, you can edit your browser options to block them in the future. The Help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your computer from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Visitors to our Site who disable cookies will be able to browse certain areas of the Site, but some features may not function properly or at all.

In specific circumstances, we may also retain your personal information for longer periods of time so that we have an accurate record of your dealings with us in the event of any complaints or challenges.
What Choices Do I Have Regarding My Personal Information?
We may send periodic promotional or informational emails or text messages to you, such as when you sign up for our newsletter or for messages at the Site. You may opt out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the message. Please note that, where allowed by law, it may take up to 10 business days for us and our service providers to process opt-out requests. If you opt-out of receiving communications about recommendations or other information we think may interest you, we may still send you e-mails about your account or any Services you have requested or received from us.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have specific legal rights regarding your personal information. This section describes the legal rights that are available to some individuals and explains how to exercise them:
Right to know and access
Residents of certain states may have the right to request that we disclose what categories of personal information that we collect about them, the categories of sources from which the personal information is collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing personal information, and the categories of third parties with whom the business discloses personal information. You may also have the right to request the specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about them.
Right to request deletion of personal information
Residents of certain states may also request that we delete any personal information that we have collected from them, provided that we may retain personal information as authorized under applicable law
Right to request correction of personal information
Residents of certain states may have the legal right to request that we correct the personal information we maintain about them, if that information is inaccurate.
Right to Portability
Residents of certain states have the legal right of portability, or the right to have us transfer their personal information to other persons or entities upon their request, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Opt-out of Sale or Sharing
Residents of certain states have the legal right to opt out of the sale of their personal information or disclosure of their personal information for targeted or behavioral advertising.
Right to Non-Discrimination
Residents of certain states have the legal right to not be discriminated against for exercising their privacy rights.
Residents of states that provide the specific legal rights listed above may exercise their rights under the CCPA and submit your requests in one of the following methods: (a) by emailing us at [email protected]; (b) by calling the following toll free number at 888-312-3814. In order to address your request, we will need to verify your identity. If your request does not provide us sufficient information to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative, we may request two or more data points of personal information and other proof of identification depending on the nature of the request and the personal information needed to verify your identity.
For requests to know or delete information about a child under the age of 13, we accept requests for information regarding minors under the age of 13 if we can determine that such requests were submitted by a parent or guardian.
Authorized agents may initiate a request on behalf of an individual using the same methods described above. Authorized agents will be required to provide proof of their authorization, and we may also require that the individual directly verify their identity and the authority of the authorized agent. Individuals may also provide us with a signed and dated power of attorney naming the authorized agent as their representative.
We will respond to requests as required by applicable law. We may deny a request if we cannot verify identity or if the law otherwise permits. If we deny the request, we will explain the basis for the denial, provide or delete any personal information that is not subject to the denial, and refrain from using the personal information retained for any purpose other than permitted by the denial. Where required by law, we will also provide instructions on how the individual may appeal our decision or submit a complaint. In general, if applicable law grants the individual the right to appeal our denial of their request to exercise privacy rights, they may appeal the denial to us by emailing us at [email protected] or calling us at 888-312-3814.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. To the extent we “sell” your personal information or disclose your personal information for targeted or behavioral advertising, you may have the right to opt out of those “sales” or disclosures on a going-forward basis at any time. To exercise this right, visit the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer of our webpage or our cookie consent platform.
You may also be able to restrict the collection of personal information through your device’s operating system or by disabling cookies, but doing so may prevent you from using the functionality of the websites. If your browser supports it, you can turn on the Global Privacy Control (GPC) to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal data. We honor the GPC and other universal opt out signals where we are required to do so by applicable law. These are signals you can send from your browser to a website to convey your choice to exercise certain opt-out rights granted by individual states.
Some internet browsers have a “Do Not Track” feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. Given that there is not a uniform way that browsers communicate the “Do Not Track” signal, our website does not currently interpret, respond to or alter its practices when it receives “Do Not Track” signals.
Even if you opt out of the sharing or processing of your personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising, you may still see our ads online at other sites and apps, and we may still base aspects of ads on your interactions with us and the websites.
Children Under 13
Our Site is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect, use, or share personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent. If a parent or legal guardian learns that their child provided us with personal information without his or her consent, please contact us and we will make commercially reasonable attempts to delete such personal information.

If you use our Site from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer of your information to C2 in the United States, which is a jurisdiction that may provide less protection to your personal information than your jurisdiction of residence. If you access this site, this Policy will apply to personal information that C2 collects, uses, and distributes.
