Text Message Terms and Conditions

These Text Message Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) define the relationship between C2 Educational Systems, Inc. (“C2 Education”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and you, the person accessing the website and/or registering for our services (in either case, “you” or “your”).
For your convenience, C2 Education offers a text message program to enable you to receive text notifications regarding 1) promotional information about C2 Education’s tutoring, test preparation, and college counseling services, special offers, discounts, enrollment opportunities, and program announcements, and 2) informational messages, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, important dates and deadlines, service-related notifications, and responses to inquiries or requests you submit through our website. Message and Data Rates may apply. You can opt-in to receive important messages from C2 Education, including appointment reminders, updates, and offers related to tutoring, test prep, and college counseling services, by web through one of our web forms or by texting LEARN to 22338. Message frequency varies, and your carrier’s standard messaging rates apply to your entry or submission message, our confirmation, and all subsequent SMS correspondence. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
By signing up, you are confirming you are over the age of 13.
By texting the specified keyword to the given short code, signing up for text messages through our websites, or opting into receive, or otherwise using C2 Education’s text messages programs, you expressly agree: (i) to be bound by these Terms, and (ii) you are consenting to receive recurring promotional marketing and/or transactional text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from C2 Education and its affiliates, including by using non-automated and automated technology such as an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile number you shared when signing up or any other number that you designate. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You verify that any contact information provided to us, including, but not limited to, your name, mailing address, email address, and/or your telephone number, is true and accurate. You verify that you are the current owner of any telephone number that you provide. You are strictly prohibited from providing a phone number that is not your own. Should any of your contact information change, including ownership of your telephone numbers, you agree to immediately notify us before the change goes into effect by texting STOP to any text message that you have received from us.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. You acknowledge carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Service is not available on all carriers and carrier participation could change. The Service may not be compatible on all mobile devices. We are not liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS services or changes to the participating carriers.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any reason and at any time. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or suspend all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice to you.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we are not responsible and will not be liable for any damages of any nature, including, without limitation, any incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or attorneys’ fees.
If, for any reason, any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms nevertheless will be construed, performed, and enforced as if the invalidated or unenforceable provision had not been included in these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms, or any part of them, at any time. Any such modifications, additions, or deletions to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued enrollment in the Services constitutes your acceptance of any such modification, addition, or deletion.

Opt-Out of Automated Marketing Messages
You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. Just text STOP to 22338 to stop receiving automated marketing messages from C2 Education (you will receive a confirmation text) or text STOP in response to any marketing message from us. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive automated marketing SMS messages from us. If you want to opt-in again, just reply START to the phone number you unsubscribed to or sign up as you did the first time, and we will re-subscribe you to the Service and start sending automated marketing SMS messages to you again. You acknowledge and agree that texting STOP to opt out of marketing messages will serve as an opt-out of marketing text messages only. It does not serve as a company-wide “do not call” request. If you unsubscribe from one of our text message programs, you may continue to receive text messages from C2 Education through any other programs you have joined until you separately unsubscribe from those programs. For instance, opting out of receiving marketing text messages will not unsubscribe you from receiving other transactional messages you have consented to such as appointment reminders or service updates. Informational SMS
You can opt out of receiving certain transactional texts, such as appointment reminders or messages providing you with service updates, at any time by replying STOP in response. We will send you a one-time text to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive these transactional text messages. If you would like to sign up again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending these transactional messages to you again.
