We advise our students to give themselves enough time before application deadlines to brainstorm, draft, revise, and refine their college essays without rushing. C2 begins focused essay and application support as students approach senior year and works with families to incorporate essay milestones into the broader application timeline.

Can C2 help students with college application essays?

Yes. We support college essay writing from brainstorming through drafting, editing, and review, including supplemental essays. The goal is to help students develop and refine their own ideas and voice while keeping essay work coordinated with your student's broader college application plan. Whether a student is part of our ongoing academic program or only working with us through our Essay Writing program, they can get access to our College Essay Review Service (CERS) to ensure they receive unbiased and actionable feedback. We have developed a proprietary essay curriculum which all essay writing tutors must successfully complete.
