Official Rules: C2 Education College Acceptance Content Contest
Eligibility: The C2 Education College Acceptance Content Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of C2 Education, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter: To enter the Contest, submit an original early acceptance video or photo. Email your video or photo entry to [email protected] before the entry deadline of 11:59 PM ET on April 5, 2024.
Ownership and Permissions: By entering the Contest, entrants warrant and represent that they are the owners of the video submitted and have obtained all necessary permissions for C2 Education to display, post, publish, or use the video submitted as outlined in these official rules and in promotional materials relating thereto. Entrants also warrant and represent that they have obtained permission from all persons depicted in the video submitted, as well as any property, copyrights, trademarks, or other rights in materials or other items depicted in the video submitted.
License: By entering the Contest, all entrants grant an irrevocable, unconditional, perpetual, worldwide, transferable, fully-paid, royalty-free, non-exclusive right and license to C2 Education and its affiliates, related entities, and service providers to use, reproduce, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, distribute, display and create derivative works of and/or otherwise use (without limitation as to when or to the number of times used) each element of an entrant’s entry (including, but not limited to, the video submitted) in connection with the Contest, the promotion of the Contest, and in any other manner at the discretion of C2 Education in any media now or hereafter known including, but not limited to, on C2 Education’s website, social media pages, and other digital media, newsletters, third party sites, print materials, television, and other broadcast media, for marketing and/or advertising. Entrant waives intellectual property rights, privacy/publicity rights, or other legal or moral rights that might preclude C2 Education’s use of any element of the entry.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. There are no restrictions on the number of times you can enter the competition. Many will enter, few will win. All federal, state, local, and municipal laws and regulations will apply. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to the official rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to this contest.

Winner Notification: The potential prize winners will be notified by email on or before April 12, 2024. If the potential prize winners cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the first attempt to contact him/her or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential prize winner forfeits the prize, and C2 Education reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant. The potential prize winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these official rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
Contest Cancellation: C2 Education reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by C2 Education in its sole discretion.
Prizes: Up to ten (10) entrants will win a $50 Amazon gift card. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted. The prize is non-transferable.
