A Message from Our CEO, Peter Waller

I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy in these unprecedented times.

This is an extremely challenging time for everyone. Working and living in confined home spaces while balancing personal and professional time and needs is difficult. This challenge is compounded by the need to keep students progressing toward their academic goals. Families and students across the country are adapting to remote schooling, trying to ensure they have adequate academic support, and tracking recent changes to standardized testing. This is the new reality for all of us for now.

When we made the decision to temporarily close our C2 centers to protect the health and safety of our families, students, and staff, we knew we had to adapt to this new reality with great urgency. I am excited to personally share that C2 Virtual is live, and that we are conducting virtual sessions to keep students engaged and on track for academic success.

We have specifically designed, developed, and launched our virtual offering with a focus on two guiding principles: 1) everything starts with supporting our students, now more than ever, and 2) we will not sacrifice the integrity or intensity of the support and value we normally provide in our physical centers. We have done everything possible to exactly replicate the in-person counseling and tutoring we provide in our centers, now delivered in a face-to-face live online environment. All of our teams have embraced this notion of the C2 Virtual Center to the fullest and are prepared to deliver on the personalized academic programs and expert tutoring that have driven results for our students for over 20 years.

Additionally, our C2 teams are closely monitoring the flurry of changes to SAT & ACT test dates, the shift to online testing and changes in format for May AP Exams, and other academic developments that you no doubt have heard about. Rest assured, we are ready and eager to help families understand what it all means and advise on how to best position your student for success amid all the changes taking place.

It is currently unclear how long our centers will need to remain closed, but in the meantime, we welcome the opportunity to support your students virtually. We believe in the value of our face-to-face online services, but we also look forward to seeing all of our families in person as soon as it is safe and healthy to reopen our centers.
