In the event of a dispute as to owner of any Submission, the authorized profile of the account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned social media account. Each entrant may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder.
If requested, entrants will sign any documentation that may be required for Sponsor Entities or their designees to make use of the rights entrant is granting to use the Submission. Each entrant also irrevocably waives any and all so-called moral rights they may have in the Submission. Each entrant further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor Entities from and against any claims, lawsuits, liabilities or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out or related to that entrant’s Submission or a violation by entrant of these Official Rules.
License Grant: Winners will be notified via social media and must respond within two (2) days of attempted notification. If a prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified. By submitting an entry and Submission, entrants grant to Sponsor Entities the perpetual, irrevocable and worldwide rights to publish, use, distribute, display, perform, adapt, edit or modify such Submission entry in any way and in all forms of media, without limitation, and without consideration, compensation or acknowledgment to the entrant and the unconditional worldwide right to use the Submissions and statements about the Contest for any forms of advertising, promotion or publicity without additional compensation or permissions, except where prohibited by law. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a Prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt, and use of all or any portion of the awarded Prize are solely the responsibility of the Prize winner. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any Prize are solely the responsibility of the Winner. Odds of winning depend on the number and quality of Submissions received.
Judging and Selection of Winners: Grand prize winner will be selected by a panel of judges selected by Sponsor (“Judges”) from all Submissions based 50% on creativity and 50% originality of the Submission.

Upon the request of the Sponsor, the potential Winner may also be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, License Grant, Publicity and Liability Release and Prize Acceptance Form (except where prohibited by law), and IRS W-9 form (“Prize Documentation”). Failure of the potential Winner to accept the Prize or respond to any Prize notification within ten (10) days, or provide the Prize Documentation within said time period, or any Prize notification that is returned as undeliverable, will result in said potential Winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the Prize, and the award of the Prize to a substitute Winner to be selected based on the criteria above from all remaining eligible entries.
Transmissions: Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, unavailable or interrupted network, server, or other connections, telephonic transmissions or computer hardware or software technical failures or other errors of any type regardless of the error was human, electronic or mechanical.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it determines to be tampering with the entry process and/or the operation of the Contest or to be in violation of these Official Rules. Attempts by any individual to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be in violation of criminal and civil law; should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such individual or entity to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participants believed to be manipulating the Contest through means including but not limited to voting rings, abuse of multiple IP addresses, and other methods of gaining an unnatural vote count. Unnatural vote counts will be considered grounds for disqualification.
